I believe it does record dropped calls as well as answered calls. The agent should have this option though.

You need to make sure the app has Call Drop Features enabled.

You can record the entire dropped call. There is a patch which will enable the normal call record button to also record dropped calls.

Hi!
I will tell you why you should not record dropped calls.

If you record a call that is dropped it will take about 8-12 minutes to get the recording done. This will be a problem for your agents if you don’t know when they are dropped.

The problem is even worse if you record the call because it could be used against you in court.

Instead of recording the dropped call just let them know it was dropped.
